I'm so sorry that I haven't been active much at all on this page, but the game is NOT CANCELLED.
Circus City is a full original game that is only inspired off of mascot horror now.
there is much more that needs to be done before it is shown
First look at Freddy!!! It's taken a while finishing the first character, figuring out the style, and finding proper textures to use on him, but he's almost here!!
