The pokemon's name is "Shinobowoodo" (the name being reminiscent of the term for ninjas in Japan "Shinobi"), and is a fanmade final evolution of the pokemon sudowoodo as it doesn't have one usually

I got the idea of making one last night randomly and I think it turned out cool

Its design is also based off of ninjas due to sudowoodo's whole thing being that it tries to blend in as a tree
