This is something Bandai should've made a long time ago End of Z/GT Goku and probably more characters like Chi Chi teen and adult etc.

Aside from that, customs and third parties do a pretty good job of capturing the official look! Now if only we had a third party of Chi Chi from the 23rd World Tournament/Tenkaichi Budokai. This is my favorite Goku gi.
