March is almost over, so let's see what April 2020 has in store for MegaMonsters!

Starting from now, I will post what I want to finish in the game monthly. Lets begin with April. These things may seem very basic, but development has just restarted so please excuse it.

TO FINISH:

Basic Movement:

This speaks for itself. The standard WASD controls are quite easy to make and I may even finish it before April!

Jungle Biome:

I have just started the scenery for the jungle biome! I have loved jungles since I was little, so my enthusiasm may push me to work faster. I am brainstorming and revisiting old ideas for MegaMonsters to live in the Jungle.

TO START:

Wild MegaMonsters:

In this game, MegaMonsters will roam freely in the open, and I am starting work on them! I have a few design ideas. However there are some features that may take a while to develop.

Battles:

I would like to start working on battles, as this is a huge part of the game. But I still need to finalize some ideas of the base.

Here's the Spiral Serpent! Don't be fooled by it's silly appearance; this thing is deadly! It can conjure tornadoes that send you hurdling towards swarms of enemies. You can't even be mad...it's just so cute!

I'm staying up for hours trying to solve this annoying problem with the sprites having a brightness issue... It's really getting under my skin!

Welcome to Friendly Forest! This is the first wild area you enter. Wild areas are places were you can capture wild MegaMonsters! Friendly Forest is home to many young MegaMonsters. From a sentient pile of sap that is always weirdly happy, to vampire bats!

Meet Jawrana! This creature is in my game called MegaMonsters, and it's based off of the exotic guarana, a fruit native to the Amazon, which is why this MegaMonsters lives in the jungle.
