Maurice is Jasmine’s protective father and a police officer. He is open-minded, and truly believes Spider-Wolf to be a hero, while J. Jonah Jameson mistakenly accuses Spider-Wolf of being a menace. After realizing that Spider-Wolf was actually his future son-in-law, he promised to keep his identity a secret and became his mentor.
