if i do it a crazy route i can just make a pen draw stuff over the screen in the right order

WAIT WHAT ABOUT THE PREVIUS CAMERA IDEA BUT THEN IT GETS DRAWN BELLOW LIKE STAMPED, BUT WHEN ITS OUTSIDE THAT PART WILL BE KINDA LIKE EREASHED

IF IT WORKS HOW I THINK IT DOES, THIS IS PERFECT

I ONLY NEED TO MAKE THE DEFAULT CAMERA AND STUFF ON LIKE A VERRY OFFSET POSITION, THEN I CAN SIMULATE THE REST AT NORMAL LEVEL AND JUST DISPLAY PART OF IT
