Mecha Mole is basically retooled and nearly completely inspired/based from Mecha Spheres from SuperSonicSpeedster's discontinued series called Project Metal.
While Wit is based on Neo Met from Mega Man. They hides under a protective hat. Casts fireball when they senses the player nearby, Runs after attacking the player.

Fortunately, You do not take damage just by touching them without stomping, but you could get hurt when they attacked. Slime can tackle, Healing Shroom just waddles around but can heal enemies when nearby.
Having different battle systems for each member of a single party? No problem. Each member gets their own system, either a fighter style or a monster style.
