she is the Solar Switchup version of Dr. Gluttony

she was designed by Spice on discord, they made her cuz they were making different forms of EXEs and I asked them to make a different form of Gluttony (and the art I used got on the starboard twice for some reason) and bam, Famis was born

BagelGabel kinda approves of her existence, but idk what to do with her, simply because Solar Switchup isn't that wellknown among the community and the game around it isn't out yet, so imma just leave with Lofty Senic and Infinite Eggman in the "characters I might or will never use in the future" corner.
