It’s 1993, & it’s your birthday. You get to open presents, until you get to open the BIG one, & it’s a Mega-CD 2! You also get a game called Sonic CD! Your parents plug it into the TV while you’re playing Sonic the Hedgehog 2 on your Genesis/Mega Drive, & then they call you! They say that it’s ready! You turn off your Genesis/Mega Drive, & you come to see that’s it’s plugged in. You turn it on, & you’re so happy! You press Start, you select “CD-ROM” & then you see the title screen, & you think that it’s so excellent! You see the opening cutscene, & you think that it’s so great! You play through the whole game, destroying robot generators & collecting Time Stones, then you see the ending cutscene, & you think it’s so wonderful! You watch the credits, & then you see post-credits showing the text “YOU’RE TOO COOL!”, then a “PRESENTED BY SEGA” screen! Your parents are so happy! You beat the high scores, so you got to enter you initials! You enter your initials, then you turn off your Mega-CD 2, & that’s it for the day. You go to bed, & your parents say good night, but they also say that you can play more tomorrow!
