he is middle aged (46 years old to be precise) in comparison to parent and garren'tt and does not talk due to the lack of a mouth (via the fault of eildred). he has a desire to build his own school, but is forced to seclusion with his "roommate" eildred. in his spare time, he enjoys literature and staring at the pavement, to which he is gaining somewhat of an attraction to.

unlike merald, eildred is the youngest of the parent clan, being 17 years old and unusually short. he is currently a target of the police department for several murders, and has been tied to garren'tt due to several speculations of them being related. merald is his current kidnapping victim.
