just got hit with the realization that i've been making mechanics and movesets for characters for nearly 3 years now

oh yeah nos rework is scrapped literally how am i supposed to one-up what was originally such a cool and unique moveset, i feasibly could not do better if i spend years trying

anyway here's what i had

friend sent me a list of balance changes someone wanted to have to the old Nosferatu moveset when it was getting replaced so now I have stuff to base things off of for my rework
