Chef CoolDude is back baybeeeee! My latest creation is called a Southwest "Lasagna" in the cookbook. Yes, the quotes are part of the name. Might not be the prettiest thing I've ever cooked, but it was pretty tasty!

We had some lentils just laying around, so I made a lentil pasta thing out of it! It's pretty dang tasty and got of some of the lentils!

Tonight’s dinner of choice is a spaghetti recipe sent to me by my good friend Gen3king! Modified slightly by me to add some other seasonings and use angel hair pasta, this stuff was delicious and I’ll likely make it again!
