Official renders of the rebranded Meta Quest 2 look to be starting to appear on Amazon in various countries. So far, I've only looked at Amazon in the United States and Japan, and both appear to have the Meta logo on the headset and controllers. The silicone cover has now been properly included with the rest of the package, which is a nice touch. It's odd that third-party sites get new renders yet the official Meta site doesn't.
This will confuse many users who have just purchased a Quest 2, because of the unbranded Oculus app. Meta is playing a very stupid move. Unfortunately it is too late to go back and we are all doomed for eternity.
