-Narsissistic, feminine and flamboyant bosses from RPG games who appear to be another evil antagonist trying to stop the protagonist(s) from progressing forward (which in a way they are) but were actually never really that evil in the first place.
-Their boss has them all intact at first, but as it goes on they start losing parts of their body. They still, however, manage to continue to fight against the protagonists.
-Both are absolutely adored by a group of unfairly treaten people who follow them (the Floro-Sapiens and the Monsters) and vice versa, as well as being very influential (which is to be expected considering their status).
-Both appeared to "die" after being defeated but later seemed to make a full recovery in the epilogue of their game (Mettaton getting himself destroyed at the end of his boss fight only to be fixed up by Alphys and Croacus being "wilted" but later making a full recovery).
