Today a bit before the mechlus post i found out from a great friend that mixlas had passed away, honestly i still dont really know how to describe it, it felt like someone had knocked out the wind out of me and cleared my brain at the same time, ive known people who died, alot irl and a couple online but i think this one really comes close to me in shocking and depressing me, next to my family ive never felt like this before to someone and especially online, Mixlas wasn't just a normal dev to me, he was an idol of mine, i love his games, his gameplay style, his art, his goofyness, amazing sound design and ect, i aspire to be a developer a fifth of his caliber, i never knew him personally but whenever he would post it would lighten my day just a bit, i think from the comments i made on his posts, game pages and ect that they wouldnt go above like 500 words, still i couldn't describe in trillions of them how much he inspired me, lifted me up with a stupid gj post he would make randomly one day or a funny piece of cool art or history i found about him.
i wish your in paradise mixlas, i wish and hope the best for your family and friends, i wish you will never be forgotten and know somehow that you meant alot to alot of people, Thank you for existing and adding to something meaningful in everybody's life
Reach out to people and be the light in there life, you would wish the best for them and help them in need, and remember there is help, there is someone who loves you more then you will ever love yourself, take care and go do something nice for someone.
