This took two hours longer than necessary, but they turned out okay! They may look slightly burnt, but they dont taste as such.

I greatly underestimated the dough‘s spread, didn‘t flatten the mochis enough and the dough itself was too soft as well. But other than that, not a whole lotta problems.

At least I know better now. They taste great! For a first time, I‘m surprised I managed to do that well lol

I‘ll be doing this again soon.
