Changed some enemies in TCTOP
Make all enemies spawn during escape
Added Toppin to TCTOP
I have to noclip cuz when i try lap 2 i got softlocked
I got my P-Rank lost cuz TCTOP doesn't have obj_escapecollect that replace all normal collect for some reason
Obj_monstersolid only allow the Toppin Monsters to stand for some reason
