Monarch claims himself as the Lord of All-Stars and conquers the world of the 4 Hit Titles. He is inevitably strong and powerful, he treats his victims like playthings. He wishes to gain power for all eternity no matter the costs

His age is 85 years old

He likes to toy around once in a while, with his victims

He enjoy the sounds of screaming and suffering, it makes him feel satisfied and no guilt.

The can use power ups but his suit can change when using the Tanooki Suit, Frog suit and Hammer Suit.

He is not engaged and wishes to remain single.

Hates pink sauce and wishes to banish it.

Wishes to meet RXM and others.

That's about it.
