- some healing items (food) may have.. suprisingly unpleasant effects
for instance if you eat a dirty item you may just lose your vision for a second as you vomit and lose the hp again
(losing vision is intentional for viewer discretion)

More stuff for hardmode:
- your inventory is decreased to carrying only 1 set of armor, 2 weapons, and 2 healing items
this makes you unable to keep healing and actually require sometimes going back to save which of course is risky considering time limit
