That's a TikTok morse code trend, based on a song called "Red flags." It's a couple meme where the guy uses Morse code to ask for help because his date took an unexpected turn. In this case, the boy draws the attention of the waiter while he hides from the girl.
"Project A" is something I'm planning for the future to be a playable videogame (if I ever finishes it.. so NO promises).
