He enforces and abides by the rules! The Hall Monitron, built by Principal Ed roams the halls of the school and sends any disobeying students to detention, he's quick on his one wheel, so be careful! He will replace Principal Of The Thing.

This game probably had one of the biggest impacts on my life, I'll always love this inside joke that got turned into a game.
