Pac-Land for the Famicon uses A & B buttons to move and the D-Pad for jumping.
If a second controller is plugged in, you'll be able to use controls where the D-Pad is moving and A or B is used for jumping.
The Tegen NES version of Ms. Pac-Man only lets players pause 255 times per game. This was done to combat the slow motion feature of certain controllers for the console.
