Log 1:

A while back I was scrolling through 4chan, when I came across a post talking about Disney's old Discovery Island. A location in Disney World that closed in the 90's. I looked and the post described how they heard rumors about strange costumes in the location. The post described the rumors as there were weird costumes. The suits were an Inverted Mickey costume, a Donald head, an Oswald costume with no arms and darker colors, and a headless Goofy. After reading this I assumed it was fake, there is no way these weird suits could be in a old Disney resort. But then some time after I read it, I became curious. Is there really any weird costumes at this place? Then I became too curious. I remembered Disney World is pretty near me. So I thought about if I should break into the place and try to find the suits, I knew it was wrong to break in, but I got too curious. I had to find out what was in Discovery Island.

Log 2:

So, after a bit, I drove to Discovery Island. I knew what I was doing was wrong, but I had to find out if the rumors were true. So I went in, and turned on my phone's flashlight. I looked for a bit. I entered what appeared to be a freezer, but I wasn't sure if it was a freezer or not. After some looking for a bit I found a Goofy head on the ground. I picked up it up and thought, why is there a goofy head in a freezer? I just put it down and assumed it was put there by accident. I then looked in a staff area, there were 2 rooms, a mascot room, and a storage area. I decided to look in the mascot room, and, I found them. There was indeed a inverted Mickey and Donald head. I thought I was seeing things, but no, the rumors were right. I then saw there was a door in the mascot room leading to a room with a bunch of TVs scattered around the floor. What was going on? Why was this place messy? Yeah it was abandoned, but why would these random things be scattered everywhere? I tried not to think about it too much, so I walked out of the mascot room, and then saw the staff area had a hallway, leading to a table with a Mickey head and a Daisy head. Ok, I said to myself, what is going on here? I just decided to look in the storage room, there were a few shelfs and some crates. But then I saw a pair of legs peeking out one of the crates. I looked and found the Discolored Oswald suit that had no arms. I kept getting more and more confused, maybe its a prototype costume, I thought to myself. I then went to look in the Bathroom. One of the stall doors had been ripped off, and there was a glowstick? Why was there a glowstick in the bathroom? I tried to shrug it off again and keep looking, when I entered the Janitors Closet, and guess what? There was a headless Goofy suit. At this point I was too freaked out and confused. So I exited Discovery Island and drove home. When I got home, I took notes of what I saw, trying to find answers to why the place was so messy and why there was those weird suits. But I tried not to dwell on it, so I went on with my day.

Log 3:

Its been a day since my trip to Discovery Island. I was thinking about all the weird things I saw, what was all of it? I knew I probably wouldn't get any answers though. But I decided to go back to Discovery Island to see if I could find more stuff. When I entered the building, it looked the same as it did before, but I thought maybe I would find new things. I looked in some new places I haven't looked in before, like the security office, it had a desk with a computer, a map of Discovery Island, and an ash tray. There was also a Discovery Island sign in the office, with some caution tape and a grey box in the corner of the room, which I assumed was maybe a water cooler. I then looked in the lounge, it had a few couches and a table, nothing too special. But when I thought I should leave, I decided to check places I checked before. I went into the mascot room. Nothing new, the same inverted Mickey and Donald head. I then checked the storage room. And there was a new suit, another Oswald costume, the costume also had missing arms, but its colors were normal. I was confused, this costume wasn't here before? Or was it? I wasn't sure, but I just wanted to think it was there before. I checked the bathroom, still the same. Then I checked the janitors closet, the headless Goofy was still there. I then decided to go home. When I got home, I noted I found another Oswald suit, but with normal colors, but its arms were still missing. After awhile when I was watching TV, I thought of something, I will check Discovery Island for a few more days. To see if I could find answers, and maybe find new costumes.

Log 4:

This day was my 3rd day of searching Discovery Island. But today when I went there, a security guard almost caught me sneaking into Discovery Island, but luckily I avoided him. When I went in there, I was gonna do what I did last time, check the same places I did last time. So first I checked the mascot room, and there was a new costume, an inverted Minnie costume. I knew this costume wasn't there before, so I thought either someone is messing with me, or something strange is happening. The weird about this inverted Minnie costume is that its eyes were small, and they were just empty sockets, and the costume had human teeth. I got goosebumps when I saw it, why would a Minnie costume have empty eye sockets and human teeth? I decided to look in another part of the building and not dwell on the Minnie costume too much. I decided to check the room with the TVs, since I had not rechecked it. There was a new costume. A Mickey costume. But this one had darker colors, not as dark as the one Oswald, this Mickey's colors were either light grey or dark grey, so the whole suit had a greyscale tone to it, I wondered again, where are these new suits coming from? Why do they have such weird features? I decided to leave that room and check the storage room, I found nothing new. I then decided to check the bathroom, again nothing new. I then checked the janitor's closet. Nothing new. But then I thought of something, Goofy's head is in the freezer, I should put the head back on, so I went to the freezer, but when I picked up Goofy's head, the eyes opened. I dropped the head and ran to the lounge area. What the hell is going on? But before I could try to come up with an answer, I found another new costume. A Steamboat Willy costume. But this costume didn't really have any features that stood out. Only weird thing was that Willy didn't have a hat. I decided to check the office after catching my breath. And what do ya know, there was another costume. It was a Pluto costume that had a sad look on its face. And like the Minnie costume, its eyes were gone, so there was just empty sockets. After finding this I decided to leave the place. But when I exited Discovery Island, I noticed a building. The building was there before, but I didn't bother to check it before. But now it peaked my curiosity. I walked up to it. There was a sign that said Pirate Caverns. I decided to walk into the place to see if there was anything weird in there. When I entered, I noticed this place was also messy. There was a flipped over couch, 2 crates, a few broken lights, and a door on the floor. I then saw a hallway at the corner of the room, so I decided to enter it. At first I was greeted with an empty room and a hallway, so I decided to walk down the hallway. There was a stairway and another hallway. I decided to walk down the staircase, the staircase led to a room which had a giant fish tank, but there were no fish inside. There was also so furniture lying around, like a chair, and a TV. There was also a elevator. But I decided not to go in there yet. But while looking through the place, I noticed in the corner was another costume. This costume was another Mickey costume. But it had no legs and a distorted face. I was confused again. But tried not to dwell on it. I went back up the staircase and entered what appeared to be a tech room. It had a Computer with a chair on the floor and 2 TVs. I decided to look in the drawers of the desk. And I had found a key, I decided to put the key in my pocket. I then left the room and entered a room with a piano and a chest. I decided to use the key I got to open the chest. Inside the chest was a skull. I was shocked, why was a skull in this chest? I decided to close the chest and go back to the fish tank room. When out of nowhere, The legless Mickey came to life! It looked at me and started to chase me. I ran into the elevator and pressed the up button. Luckily the elevator closed in time. After a bit I was on the second floor. The first room I entered was a room with a open cage, a pirate sign, a purse, a camera, and some old papers. I went down into the hallway with the caution tape. And there were 2 hallways, one to the left, and one to the right. I decided to go down the right hallway. There were a bunch of weird mannequins, I had no idea why they were there. And the weird thing was, this was the only room in the right hallway. So I decided to leave the room and go to the left room. There was 2 traffic lights and a wardrobe. I looked in the wardrobe, but nothing was there. After a bit I found a room with caution tape and a safe. I went to the safe to see if I could open it, and surprisingly there was no lock, so I could open it with no challenge. And inside the safe was a VHS tape, I decided to store it in my pocket. I then found out there was no other rooms to check, so I went to go back to the elevator. But on my way there, a red figure came out of the darkness and started chasing me! I ran into the elevator and quickly pressed the up button. But when the doors started to close, the red figure grabbed both doors and attempted to push them open. I screamed in horror, this red figure was going to break these doors and kill me! But luckily, the figure failed to break open the doors and the doors closed. After a bit I was on the 3rd floor. This didn't seem to have too much rooms. I walked out of the elevator. There were more mannequins, but not as much as that room in the 2nd floor. I looked for a bit and found more mannequins and a Mickey poster. But then when I went to look at the TV in the room, it turned on and the greyscale Mickey crawled out of the TV! When it crawled out I ran to find a room to hide in. But then when I entered the room down the hallway, another figure was there! It was like the red figure, but it was molding and was more yellow, and it was missing its head and one hand. I decided to run away from it as quickly as I could. I managed to get back to the elevator and go back down to the first floor. I ran out of Pirate Caverns and back into my car and drove home. When I got home I was traumatized. These things are alive. And they want to kill me. I wrote down the new things I spotted with my other notes. I was so scared. I decided I should not go back to Discovery Island again. Its dangerous. But then the thoughts got to me, my mind told me to go back tomorrow and put an end to this madness. So when I went to bed, I knew what had to be done tomorrow.

Log 5

The day came, but I couldn't go back to Discovery Island. I needed a break for a bit. So I decided to research Discovery Island to try to find answers. So when I went online and searched Discovery Island. When I googled it I found some articles detailing an incident at Discovery Island. They articles detailed something called The Corrupti Incident. The story went like this. "It is said that before the incident took place, strange mascot costumes started appearing and coming to life on the island. While the Disney Corporation wasn't quite sure why, the suits were docile and generally considered friendly and even helpful by the staff; for they seemed to know as much about how the island operated as the employees did. Despite their friendly demeanor, it was ordered that the costumes would only be allowed to roam the island during the night due to their awkward appearances. One day, a inverted Mickey costume accidentally wandered out to explore one of the attractions during the day. Not knowing what would happen, he removed his head for everyone to see as a sort of magic trick and friendly greeting. Details of what occurred afterwards are unexplained and uncertain. What is known, however, is that it caused what can only be described as "mass hysteria". Numerous people were injured and a select few killed. Jake Smith; a young child at the time, gets ensued in the chaos, and once the dust settles and everything is under control, he finds his mom and dad; dead in the Meat Freezer. He completely misunderstood and thought the suits killed them, so he attacked them in a fit of rage, beating the Photo-Negative Mickey with a sign, throwing one into an outdoor fire where he melted, beheading one, beating one with a skull which was hidden under one's head, and grabbing a hook and slicing the eyes out of two of them". So that was it. All my questions were answered. Some kid named Jake killed the costumes, because of a misunderstanding. So now these costumes probably see all humans as a threat. But now new questions appeared. Why did these costumes come to life? I knew I probably would never get answers. But now, I found out why these suits are alive, all because of that Jake kid. I decided to write this incident down in my notes. I really wanted to post my experiences with Discovery Island online, but I thought it would be too risky, and I could get arrested for trespassing. So I decided to keep them in my notes. But I knew in a few days I needed to go back to the island. Maybe I could find more answers. But for now, I will take a break.

Log 6

Its been a day since I found out about why the costumes at Discovery Island are haunted. I was deciding today if I should go back to Discovery Island. And today, I decided to go back to Discovery Island. I wasn't sure if it should be my final trip to there, but I thought I could maybe find more answers or more costumes. So when I entered, I didn't know what to expect. Would it be chaos like the previous day. But this day was different, very different. At first when I entered the freezer, everything looked normal. But when I decided to look in the mascot room, the costumes weren't there. I was confused, I then check the end of the staff area hallway, the Daisy head was gone. I began to be confused, where are the costumes? I then checked everywhere else in the building, the bathroom, the janitor's closet, the lounge, the office, everywhere, but the costumes were gone. Almost like they weren't even in here in the first place. But when I decided to leave, I heard something drop in the freezer. I looked, one of the hooks fell. I was confused, how could one of the hooks fall? When I tried to think of answers, another hook fell. I was growing suspicious. Then another, then another, what was going on? Then out of the corner of my eye, I saw what appeared to be a costume, but it appeared to be a different one. I then yelled, asking if anyone was in there with me. Then, out of nowhere, the costume I saw at the corner of my eye came out of the shadows. It was a mickey costume, but it had no legs, its was levitating, its colors also appeared to be a bunch of jumbled up colors. When I saw it, I ran out of the building as quickly as I could. I ran to Pirate Caverns to find a place to hide. I went to the tech room and hid under the desk. After a bit, I thought it was safe to get out, but I was wrong. When I peeked out of the desk and looked in the hallway, I saw the levitating costume. It looked right at me! I quickly hid back under the desk. Then costume then went to the desk, I knew I was doomed. When the thing came over to the desk, it went under the desk and yanked me out from the under the desk. It then quickly flew towards me, but luckily I managed to dodge it. I then ran to the elevator to try to close the doors, but when I ran in and pressed the up button, the costume took one of the elevator doors, and ripped them out of the elevator! It then flew towards me and started choking me. I tried to get its hands off of my neck. At that point I felt like I was gonna die. All because I got too curious about a old Disney location. But then, I guess luck was on my side, because I managed to get the costumes hands off of me. I then ran back into Discovery Island, because I had a plan. I hid in the office under the desk. Then when I knew the costume was in there with me. I slowly crept out of the desk, I went into the freezer. Then I grabbed one of the hooks, I then threw it on the floor to make noise to distract the costume. When it came into the freezer, and tried to find the source of the sound, I grabbed one of the shelfs and threw it on the costume, crushing it. I did it. I put an end to this madness. But before I left, I noticed the costume was bleeding, when I saw that, I had shivers down my spine, and was horrifyingly confused. These costumes have blood? So are there humans in these costumes? But then a new thing popped up in my mind, When I cam here, all the other costumes were gone. Was that costume an amalgamation of all the costumes? It seems like it was. The costumes must have fused together to try to kill me. But I was just happy this madness was over. When I drove home, I wrote in my notes about the conflict with me and the costumes fusion. And I also put how this madness was all over. But then I decided something, when I pass away, I want to be remembered for something, these notes would probably be thrown away. So I decided to type it in my computer's notepad. So maybe when someone looks through my computer when I pass away, they will find my story about an old Disney World location. So yeah, that's why I documented my this experience. I hope you will remember me for my journey. And yes it was wrong for me to break in to Disney World. But its like that saying goes, curiosity killed the cat.
