This year I...
Tried more varied perspectives and resolutions, along with other mediums (such as digital art)
Made (and shared) quite a few palettes
Rebranded from ANoob to AnubiArts
Went from using They/Them to She/Her
Had my third pixel anniversary
Started doing animal redraws again, and made quite a lot of them too!
Shared quite a few songs on the internet
Brought back CrocoJam, hosted MeowVember
Opened my Ko-Fi, with commissions and shop items
Revealed a few new OCs, such as Anubi and her future version
Launched Art Weeklies along with it's v2 update
Started with Bi-Weekly Highlight, for highlighting underrated artists
Through the latter third of the year I focused way too much on a specific thing (Animal Redraws)
One of my worst years for my mental health
My goals for next year are...
(Actually) Start voice training along with my transition/HRT
Focus more on quality than quantity (More below)
Get over my depression (unlikely, but oh well)
2023 has been a great year for my content overall, but I feel like I got too focused on making more quantity than quality, and in some pieces it shows. I always tried to only share the best works I could make, while discarding underwhelming ones, but with trying to focus on creator stuff by the end of the year, I feel like I lost the sense of that. I'm gonna try to raise up the quality of my pieces for this upcoming year, focusing on what I do best, while also trying out new and old things along the way. Like what? Well, you may find out soon...
