My first freak: Cephalopod Fraud


Backstory: BLU spy was learning how to be a scam-artist after being fired from BLU team for spitting on Saxton Hale's coffee. He was fishing when a strange octopus jumped out of the sea. He tried to collect it but was attacked by it, and now it has control over his mind.

"Blblbllblrrr!"

Abilities:

Bloodwring - He can use a hidden tentacle to grab people and squeeze them so hard that their blood wrings out of their bodies like a wet towel.

Scam Sapper - He can use a special sapper to overload buildings with various scam pop up ads.

Weaknesses:

Fire - Since being infected by a marine animal, he has a huge weaknesses for fire so much that it can stop his Bloodwringing.

Chronically Stubborn - Even in helpless situations he will continue, even if it means death for him.
