The first fnaf movie was a huge success for Blumhouse, it nearly grossed 300 million dollars worldwide with a 20 million dollar bugdet. I liked the first movie, but it didn't really feel like a horror movie.

There weren't enough jumpscares that were effective, we didn't really see Mike dealing with the animatronics, he was just sleeping instead. And the afton reveal came out of nowhere. But other then that it was good, but as a huge fnaf fan, it could've been better.

The second movie is WAY better then the first one in every single way, the movie starts off with a banger intro from 1982 introducing us to a girl named Charlotte saving a boy being kidnapped by William. Right as Charlotte saved the boy, William ran after her with a knife, Charlotte slightly survived and ran up onto the stage screaming after help. But she fell down trough the trapdoor at the stage and the Puppet (Marionette) held her. After this banger intro, we see Mike, Vanessa and Abby living happily after the last pizzaria shut down.

Now, as soon as i saw the intro, i was immediately hyped for the rest of the movie and it was worth it. But we'll get to that later.

The town these three characters live in has a science fair project coming up, Abby is extremely excited for this. But she needs help with the project, she really misses her "real friends" So she goes to the old pizzaria to see them, but they're all gone. She finds an old toy named "Faz-Talk" She takes it home and tries to talk to the animatronics with it, but it doesn't work. Later that night, the Faz Talk began talking to Abby, it said that they needed help and that it'll show the way to the animatronics. Abby goes to the new pizzaria and finds Toy Chica, Toy Chica and the other animatronics helps her happily with the science fair project, the next day Abby drove to the science fair project and showed the thing to her grumpy teacher "Mr. Berg" Mr. Berg accidently ruined her science fair project and Abby became extremely mad, Toy Chica got revenge on Mr. Berg by "seeing what's inside her head" Later on, Abby gets tricked into turning off the area gates, so the animatronics can go where ever they want.

Now, there's also a scene where a group of teenagers drive to the new pizzaria to film a new episode of their own paranormal show. Later in the scene, all the teenagers gets killed by different animatronics, one of them gets possesed by the legendary marionette, after finding the gift down in the basement and she became a important part of the movie.

Mike and Vanessa finds out about the new pizzaria, and immediately goes there. So, from here, the movie gets extremely exciting. They need to track down the animatronics that are on the loose. Mike is responsible for staying in the office dealing with the withered animatronics and tracking the trackers of the toy animatronics.

A lot of things happens in this scene, like Withered Bonnie crashing trough the vent, Balloon Boy being annoying as usual, Toy Bonnie and Toy Freddy tries to kill people in the neighborhood and Vanessa gets attacked by Mangle in her own car.

At the final scene, some of the animatronics goes to Mike's house and nearly kills them. When suddenly, the original animatronics from FNAF 1 appears and kills the new animatronics. It was kind of weird, but also really cool imo.

The movie ends with Mike dramatically betraying Vanessa and Vanessa gets possesed. The ending was a bit weird, but the movie had a GREAT cliffhanger for the FNAF 3 movie.

So personally, i loved this movie. As a FNAF fan, i was really impressed with this movie, it felt like a real horror movie, more animatronics and the story was better. I can't wait for the third one.

Pros:

• Way more jumpscares that were actually effective

• Marionette being a important part of the movie was really cool to me

• The intro was amazing and really exciting

• The music was great

• The voice acting of the animatronics was really fun to hear

• Way more scarier and fun to watch

Cons:

• William Afton's new appearance was weird

• The return of the original FNAF 1 animatronics felt wrong
