He imagines a gray fox with phantom markings with piles of wounds and his torn appearance. His legs, arms, tail and head have been torn off, but the body parts still retain their location. The left forearm has been torn off, but a pointed bone is visible in its place. He also has a lot of wounds on his body, his torso is full of huge wounds. His normal eyes are torn, but his left eye is red. His right ear is also half torn off, and he has pointed canines in place of his usual teeth.

(It also has its own mechanics and its own story, but more on that later.)
