After the video ends the TV's turned off and Goofy killed me. Can someone explain what the hell did just happen? Why did Suicide Mouse not appear? Why were the others still active? Why did the TV's turned off? Why didn't I even got the achievment? WTF???

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.
In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
