Based upon the Klasky Csupo Rooster (She's a chicken tho)

Powers: Can scream a deafening scream that can destroy charaters and sometimes people. It can also harm people with a poisonous touch or a venomous bite. (The touch and bite doesn't affect the wardens or Kirk Odd obviously because he created her. The touch only affects Cartoon Characters).

Inspirations: The Cockatrice which it has an ink-like tail because the mythical creature has a tail of a dragon so I thought why not. It IS a Klasky Csupo Warden. (Gabore is technically related to her).

FUN FACTS!!!

-Shrieken's name is a combination of Shriek and Chicken.

-Shrieken used to be The Warden of Commotion before I ultimately decided to change it to Uproar.

-She is 5-6 feet tall.

-She has gone through many changes. You are looking at Version 3. My finalized design which I shared via Scratch three days before getting perma-banned.
