i swear to the sweetest of gods, if the mario movie is gonna have stupid fart jokes or treats its ACTUAL audience like babies (expectable from the same studios that made minions but i still hope they manned up), or mario's role/movie's plot is taken by a human (precisely a strong-but-bland woman feminist or a poorly developed forced inclusive character), i have oficially lost hope for movie adaptations for games, and animated movies in general!
