My thoughts are mixed. I did like the introductions of essentially all the characters, as well as the atmosphere and scenes of the movie. It literally made me reminisce of playing at Chuck E. Cheese’s. However, a MAJOR issue I had was with the clear attempt at trying to deviate the story from the original games. While they likely did this to make the story understandable to younger kids(target audience), it results in it making even less sense, which obviously wasn’t intended. Either way, I absolutely LOVED the references within the movie. It really makes me think how a game made for the sole purpose of raising money for a developers family could traverse into such a marvelous franchise. If you haven’t seen it, I recommend you should, though don’t expect much. As a movie, it’s pretty mediocre, buts it’s FNAF, so who cares?
