This was an incident in the Pinewood Computer Core where little ol’ me was coming back from the room beneath the core where you can change the power consumption, instead of climbing the ladder to get back up to the chamber like a normal person, I decided to jump up the ladder since the core creates a gravity well and you can jump up really high.

I got the result I wanted, scaling the ladder in a matter of seconds, but I overshot and flew directly into one of the booster lasers, immediately disintegrating my body.

Since them, I have been much more careful to angle myself on the ladders so that doesn’t happen again.
