signature ability: eye spell: users moves never miss but the user takes extra damage from water and poison moves

in the mythology the king of the formorians known as Balor had a potion doused in his eye making it so that he could kill with a single glace, however the eye swelled several times its original size in the process, so big that it took four other formorains to pry the eye open to unleash its power
