Name select and demo stuff


Hey everyone.

Pretty dusty here. I havn’t been here since a month. So let’s get started with the new stuff.

  1. Name Select

This ain’t something big, but I moved the character customization screen from being a funny, but not really useful feature to being a key part of the game. Why? Well now you can enter you name and the characters will talk to you with the name you chose. I made that so that the player will feel like he really is in control of the characters and the world and can also relate with the characters and the story.

  1. Demo stuff

At this point the game is far from being finished. Which is crazy considering I thought I would have this game done by April when I started making it. Well let’s just say I was wrong, by a loooong shot.

And now… November 2018, I’m struggeling with finishing the game for the end of the year. What I’m about to say is NOT final, since this can still change, but if I don’t finish it this year, I will at least release a special demo with the first three areas (that’s half of the game).

Battle Screen is DONE! - Working on the Shop now. Very early WIP

Added three new screenshots to the page! As always, everything is still a work in progress and is subject to change! Enjoy.

I am current working on a Patch for Fighter of Eve which will introduce Widescreen Support (1280x768 resolution), and hopefully some big fixes. More info soon! #gamedev #fighterofeve #wip

I realized I haven't really updated y'all about my games at all in the past few monts. I'm still working hard on FoE and I might have some good news soon. As for Forest.end Illusion, there wasn't much notable progress, but it's getting there. Stay Tuned!

Quick Update: I've been working on some new backgrounds for the Battle Frame! In other news, I am now at a point where there are no new features that need to be added to the demo. There's still a lot of bug fixing and improving to do though. Stay tuned!

Fighter of Eve recently got its first demo release!

In FoE, you play as an unknown hero, defeating enemies and helping the people, whilst trying to figure out where all the creatures come from.
