Naoto Kanemaru is the uncle of Satoshi Kanemaru and younger brother of Yūji Kanemaru. As the Prowler, he makes use of advanced technology in his suit, as well as his own ninja skills. By day, he's a rāmen chef who works at a rāmen shop. By night, he is a thief for hire. However, despite being a criminal, he has good heart deep down; he was also fairly close with his family before his brother's death; for example, they went to a theme park for his nephew's 5th birthday. But sadly, Naoto's run-ins with the law as the Prowler drove him apart from the family, as Yūji and Hanako urged Miles to keep away from him. But despite all the worst things that had happened, upon knowing that his nephew is Spider-Wolf, he will sometimes help him fight the battles that he can't fight alone.
