Neco Arc random sounds on your desktop

Out of nowhere I decided that it'd be a good idea to make this program, is basically runs in the background and randomly plays Neco Arc sounds, it comes with 56 different sounds made by Neco Arc, you can download it here: https://github.com/zSnails/neco-annoying it's completely open source and under the permissive MIT license

NOTE

It will be flagged as a virus by windows defender and probably any other antivirus software, but it is completely safe to run and will not harm your computer
