I found this banner randomly when I was looking for some old videos for TRTF; when I searched "the return to freddy's before: 2016" on YouTube, a video by TheLiVingGaming showed up, which was uploaded on January 24, 2015.

This banner was set around January 2015 following its rebranding for FNaF 3 Fan-Made, before it was changed in February of that year.
