New 2 Player build

Hi everyone!

So, we’ve just uploaded new Windows and Mac builds (Linux and web version coming up later) that have some new stuff.

First of all, you can now play the game with a friend (in comes Manny, the new character) with a new Highscore board just for multiplayer matches. With the new adition, new audio has been added for Manny and the difficulty curve has also been adjusted. The game should now be more challenging. So work hard for those highscores!

Besides the new couch multiplayer option, we’ve also revamped the controls for a more intuitive play. To perform a charged attack now, instead of having a separate key, simple keep holding the light attack key and it will charge it. The “How To Play” screen has been updated to reflect these changes.

Finally, we’ve also added a few bells and whistles in terms of feedback to the player regarding his attacks. New hit anymations for the kids, a few “Blam!”, “Wham!” and “Pow!” when you hit a homerun (more than 3 kids sent flying at the same time), and a few other small details regarding the general feel of the game.

Hope you enjoy the new build and send those kids packing (sleeping) to their beds! :)

Till next time!

A calm and quiet day.. Made surreal by the feeling of finding an elven building in the mountains, and wondering of its purpose and story. I built this elven style house and it was my first attempt at something like this, but what do you think?
