Game
Outer Realm

New Announcement, after almost a year of inactivity...

So, long time no see. We know some of you have been asking what the hell has been happening with this game. The short answer is, we’ve been loaded with school work and haven’t been able to work on the game. However, now that all of our assignments are finished for the term, and holidays are coming up, we’ve finally gotten back to development!

FreNZiX (the lead designer and programmer for Outer Realm) has made the decision to develop the earlier builds of the game in Unity, while the actual final game WILL be made in Unreal Engine.

FreNZiX is currently working on a playable tutorial build of the game with voice acting (from none other than himself) and the first glimpse of the game outside the lands of Myriana. (The tutorial isn’t true to the lore of the game, it’s just a placeholder for now)

The good news is, he’s almost finished! The playable tutorial build will be available in the next few days for PC, Mac and Linux! The build will only consist of basic instructions, so don’t expect too much content. Still, it’s proof that this game is not dead!

Also, there will be local multiplayer in Outer Realm! However, whether or not it will be available when the tutorial build launches is yet to be seen. You’ll just have to wait and see where FreNZiX is with the progress of it.

Anyway, thanks for reading, thanks so much for being patient, and as always, stay awesome!

Playable Tutorial Build Out NOW!

We are under attack!

Here's a peaceful little forest scene for this #screenshotsaturday, from the beginning of the game.

Enemies can also suddenly spawn through Realm Rifts. These Rift Spawns are going to be stronger than the ones wandering around. TBD on the enemies... #screenshotsaturday #godstear #madewithunity

What you all think

Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.

Spaaaace~

These are background sprites I've created for a game I'm working on at school ^w^ Click on the post to see how the sprites connect. You won't regret it! (personally, I think it's pretty heheh)

Drawn in Piskel using my mouse. Whaddya think?

I worked so hard to get all four of them to the end safely, but then...

not the greatest house, but it's a house! :D
