Debuffed poison, it could be used to kill Jevil in 5 turns

Changed the dialogue for the puzzle masters to talk about important things about the randomizer
Removed enemies getting stronger with you
Made later area enemies stronger than earlier ones
Added extra chests across the world!
Removed party members being normal without chara rando to fix a bug, will be changed back when I properly fix the bug.
Made the logic guarantee you getting the FIGHT button before the Fields
Made you able to have 12 spells on each character
Added the ability for Ralsei and Susie to act, that is an item
Added Susie, Lancer, and Clover as enemy rando possibilities
