NEW CHANGE WITH 2 NEW FEATURES: Different speed of the notes and Beatmap editor

I made a new change in the gameplay code, now with this change, the gameplay of the song can get a different speed of the notes, also useful for a new beatmap format for LEZ and for the NEW BEATMAP EDITOR (WIP)

But due to this change, all the songs will be made again from 0 and the gameplay will be changed because its not possible to convert the old format to the new one, so the maps will be made after the making of the beatmap editor.

I hope this can be fast, that’s all I need to tell for now, stay safe inside your house :)
