Thulry Tyom is a demon created by Ultra Reaper to entertain him while he rules over hell. However, he slowly started to become more rebellious, sometimes not even doing his job and not explaining it. This lead to him being kicked out of hell, and sent to Theia, by Ultra Reaper. He decided to join the Bliterian Empire to have fun with everyone there by playing pranks on them and discussing of killing their enemies in increasingly brutal ways, even to the point where Blitera himself gets scared upon hearing what he might propose as an idea.

Under his mask, the blood mask, and his custom made jester outfit, he is a demon, with white eyes, red skin, red horns, red wings, and a red and black tail.

He is incredibly powerful, being nearly as powerful as Blitera, and is fought for the last time only a few bosses before you fight Blitera. However, he tends to sometimes slack off and not do his job, being fighting for the Bliterian Empire.
