First up, we’ve got a new demo version up now with a few nice to have updates and fixes!

• Video codec playback error fix (was blocking start up on some systems)

• Added clearer in game notices.

• Fixed menu unfocusing from mouse use.

• Various bug and stability fixes.

The World of Brief Battles! + New 40 arenas in 40 seconds vid!

The arenas of Brief Battles are set in wildly varying regions, with interactive elements and hazards unique to each region of play! Here’s a little info about the ones we’ve announced so far.

Precarious Peaks - Encounter hanging rope platforms and bottomless arenas

Crystal Caverns - Watch out for pools of acid, portals and pits of doom

Frosty Fields - Slip, slide and avoid being cubed in ice

Wild Woods - Enjoy the trees, thorns and rickety wooden contraptions

There’s also another unannounced region coming at launch! By default we’ll start everyone out with safer arenas turned on to get you used to the wall climbing and environmental hazards. After a bit we’ll prompt you to turn on all arenas so you can battle in more tricky situations!
