Turns out there was more than the scrapped image of Chica at the door inside the Office object. Besides another empty animation sequence for Bonnie at the door, these here also caught my attention. From what it looks like, more character than Freddy were meant to be able to attack during the Power Out. Now granted, we see all of them during the afternight sequences, but this comes from the in-game office sprite, suggesting that they were repurposed after the idea failed or was scrapped. I didn't want to spoil but seeing as the development has gone for quite a while and some people are worried, there will be new toggleable mechanics for existing characters as well as having the special event characters optionally do new things too
