This part (wip) is supposed to be dual (actually the entire level is) but im too lazy to actually do it legitimately

anyways, i forgor to tell u that i'm naming the level "The Heavenly Rise", planning it to be a hard dual only level

pretty much done with the selection screens (let's ignore the settings for now)

all i need to do is the deco and...
