Why can't I change the appearance of the office?
I didn't because I would have had to reset all the AIs one by one. It was incredibly tedious and unpleasant.

Dreadbear, Pirate plunder, and animdude minigames have been fixed!!!! I just need to fix the cupcake bug and add a few more buttons.
Someone on my Discord server managed to get both the good ending and the ultimate ending. Version 1.2 will probably be released tomorrow.
