Thanks to the efforts of Marco, who is testing the demo, a flaw in a built-in Unity function came to light. This function was causing crashes on some computers when loading new scenes in the background.
I am currently going through the code of the demo and replacing the background load with a normal one. This should resolve any crashes any of you may have had while playing the demo.
This new version will be available by tomorrow evening (January 8th).
