New patch for Shift coming soon!

Hey, just wanted to let everyone know that there’s a new patch being made soon in a new game package, and I’ll be keeping the Game Jam edition available.
The changelog will include:

  • Fixed a typo on the time counter so it says ‘Seconds’ instead of ‘Minutes’. This will also be changed on the leaderboard, however all old scores will still have Minutes next to them

  • Fixed the music not looping.

  • Fixed the tutorial to stop working after the paint game lost. This occured because the tutorial was made before a timer was implemented to the paint game.

  • Fixed the trophy notifications to not appear multiple times. This occured because there was nothing checking if the player had already gotten the achievement, so there was nothing stopping it from giving achievements

As well as this, I am about to remove the 10, 15, and 20 minute achievements, and will be replacing them with a 1 minute achievement. Thus, another change will be:

  • Added trophy for surviving for 1 minute in a single run.

  • Removed an error that now occurs when the 10, 15, and 20 minute achievements are called.

Also, there will soon be a major update which will add a scoring system (1 point per level complete), a second leaderboard for these points, a “See-how-many-points-you-can-get-in-a-time-limit” system, more levels, and the ability to hold down the space bar to view your current score.

So, keep a look out for these updates, and make sure you inform me on any new bugs you find!

Thanks,
