New spawning mechanism for Arcade Mode.

This is as recent as 1.2. It’s just a basic implementation, right now. I’m looking for feedback on whether it’s a step in the right direction or not.

The idea is to spawn enemies in waves instead of randomly. Beginners might find this more accessible and i hope it lets them get in more game-time in before they die, hopefully motivating them to try and try again. When one or less enemies are actively on screen, i spawn the next wave. The difficulty of the spawned enemies and the number spawned is determined by your current score, so if your score spikes, so will the difficulty.

In the future: I’m thinking enemies should spawn one after the other, but in quick succession. That might make ambushes less likely. I also might make the difficulty only be able to rise a certain amount between two waves. Without feedback, these desicions will be blind. Please comment!

Hi everyone! I started to create some environment props for my new video game, here is a cozy house in the forest. I'm planning to switch from Unity to Unreal... Let's see what new challenges I have to face. Made in Blender and Substance Painter.

My D&D art for my family so far (WIP if you couldn't tell)

Out of boredom and curiosity, I coded Sailor Jupiter's Argentine Backbreaker.

Coming Soon...

Double Rainbow!!!

Sonic The Hedgehog style Super Smash Bros 4 Pixel art Gif.

It's now possible to destroy some of the obstacles and gain access to new locations or create shortcuts. #gamedev #indiegame #rpg
