NEW characters

Added:

1. Jack (from the dsaf series)

2. Dave (also from the dsaf series)

3. Sans undertale (admin/dev character)

   Moves:

Jack:

1. Punchy punch, 5 dmg, 1 sec cd

2. Frend-call,calls the nearest dave user on the map ( will be a CPU if there are none) 10 dmg per second, 9 sec cd

3. Gun, 10 dmg, 5 sec cd

   Passive: upon being under 60 health, will call a random ally (dee, davetrap, dave, and a random doggo)

   Dave:

   1. Same as jack execpt fren call calls the nearest jack

      Sans undertable:

      1. Bones, 5 dmg, adds kr effect 0.2 cd

      2. Blasters, 1dmg/sec,adds kr effect, no cooldown (gaster blaster spam reference)

      3. Blue soul, makes enemy jump lower (jumping can start good combos btw)

      4. Push, flings the enemy away from u

      5. Teleport, the name says it

         Passive: dodges enemy attacks (1% chance of not dodging and fucking DYING)
